By accessing and using the services provided by moveinwrbg B.V., you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and moveinwrbg B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands under registration number B62025325.
moveinwrbg provides pop-up restaurant services including but not limited to event planning, catering, venue transformation, and culinary experiences. Our services are provided subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by moveinwrbg. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due as specified in your service agreement. Prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable VAT. Payment terms and cancellation policies will be clearly outlined in your service contract.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking our services, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, treat our staff and property with respect, and notify us promptly of any changes to your event requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen venue has all necessary permits and complies with health and safety regulations.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of moveinwrbg B.V. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Our recipes, menu designs, and service concepts are proprietary to moveinwrbg.
moveinwrbg's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought.
moveinwrbg shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements where possible.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the cancellation terms specified in your contract. moveinwrbg reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business or other clients. Upon termination, you remain liable for all charges incurred up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically for updates.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
